Excellent! Positive: It was an excellent location,we loved every bit of it would definitely stay again!!

Positive: The location was great, and the apartment had plenty of space. The staff were responsive and helpful. Negative: The freezer was frozen completley and it was very difficult to put stuff in the drawr. They only offered one toilet rolls which was insane so we had to buy more. The place seemed cleaned enough until I opened the second drawr of the bedside table and found male socks, and a tissue with some stuff on it. I was pretty grossed out but I contacted the host and they agreed to extend our checkout time. The shower handle was not working, but they brought someone to fix it the next day, so they were helpful. Please note that it's a 3-story building (depending on which flat you book.) I had to lift two huge suitcases across three floors when they said it's only 2, so that was very inconvenient.

In the middle of the happeningest neighbourhood of Liverpool, comfortable pied a terre. Positive: Location was superior for walking everywhere you wanted to be in central and coastal liverpool. The flat was comfortable but hot, we had to ask for an additional fan, which was supplied and assembled over the weekend. The second room is small, so doesn't compare favourably to a hotel room of a similar price. It could use some place to put your luggage or the clothes you take off to go to sleep. The staff was terrific and very responsive on the phone, I never met them. Negative: See above
